The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has conducted a precision air strike on a terrorist hideout in Sambisa Forest, Borno State, destroying all identified targets. The operation, carried out on November 19, 2025, was initiated by the Air Component of Joint Task Force Operation HADIN KAI under the directive of Air Marshal Sunday Aneke.
According to Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, Director of Public Relations and Information, the strike achieved its intended effect, degrading terrorist capabilities and disrupting their command and logistics networks. The operation followed intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions that tracked terrorist movements after an ambush on ground troops at Kashomri.
